Washers and dryers are operated by the customer, and a full cycle runs in under an hour.

Drums take up to 22 kilos, enough for a fortnight of holiday clothes or a family's beach towels in one load. Detergent and softener come with the cycle rather than as a separate purchase, and the terminal takes cards.
